Thank Your Body Thursday #18
2013
Welcome to Thank Your Body Thursday! It’s that time of the week where you link up your healthy-living posts!

Here are the most clicked posts from last week:

1. Homemade Charcoal & Coconut Oil Eyeliner by Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Healthiness.

2. What Doctors Won’t Tell You About the HPV Vaccine by Real Food Forager

3. DIY Homemade Pantyliners Review – Do they Work? by Green Idea Reviews
Great posts!
Don’t forget: You must link back to this post in order to be featured. I had one post that had enough clicks for a feature, but no link back. Sadness ensued.
It’s time to share your posts!
Bloggers, use the linky tool on the bottom of this post to share your healthy living tips and posts. Non-bloggers, feel free to add a comment here with any ideas or thoughts you have to “thank” our bodies. Every week I will be featuring the most viewed posts so link-up your best ones. I will also be featuring my personal favorite posts on my facebook page throughout the week:
There are only 2 simple guidelines I’d like for you to follow:
1. Posts should be about healthy living. Keep in mind the mission of Thank Your Body. Some ideas:
- Real food recipes
- Exercise, yoga, and other fitness topics
- Toxic-free living, all natural care products, healthy DIY, or other “green” tips
- Homeopathic or other natural approaches to health and medicine
- Inspirational or motivational posts on healthy living, etc.
Please NO:
- Recipes using processed foods, refined sugar/flour, etc. (And we’re not real big on weight watchers, low-fat, calorie restrictive, or other “diet” foods here. Just real food.)
- Product endorsements
- Links to other blog carnivals
- Extreme anything. (Health is about balance, not fads.)
2. Please link your posts back to THIS post. Linking back here helps build our little community by sending your readers to all of the other posts shared. If you don’t link back, your post will be deleted.
If you don’t not link back you cannot be featured!
That’s it!
Let’s get this party started!

Thanks for hosting! This week I linked up to my favorite, simple way to prepare kale – a few dried cranberries transform the dish into something even picky eaters will like.
P.S. I love the photo of you and your daughter in your recent post. If anyone can raise a child with a healthy body image, it’s you. You live and breathe self-love.
Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my throat spray and gargle recipe. Several essential oils have antihistamine properties and since allergy season is around the corner I thought it was a good post to share..
Have a great rest of the week!
Thanks for hosting Robin! We’re moving on to step one of the Granny Plan with buttered carrots the first baby step on the way to cooking real food regularly. I’m also sharing my recipe for chicken cacciatore soup and the final part of what makes a diet good? Hoping you have a great week!
What a rocking party over here! I am glad that I found you. I can’t wait to read through all of the great posts here.
I added a post about the healing qualities of my favorite carrier oils – Jojoba, Almond, and Coconut Oils – Gifts! I hope that you and your readers like it.

Hi Robin
This week I am sharing a home made probiotic borscht that is not made with beets but with sour kraut and sauerkraut juice:) It is delicious and easy to make.

Good Morning! This week I shared two posts: a vegetarian fried rice that is SO good, but so versatile. Plus an easy guide for choosing cooking fats so that we’re not eating free radicals! Thanks for hosting!
Hi Robin,
Thanks for hosting!
This week, I posted about loving your liver by eating it, along with a simple chicken liver and leeks (or onion) recipe.
If I can actually like it, others will, too.

Thanks for hosting! This is awesome =) I posted about The Top 10 Benefits of Drinking Lemon Water and can’t wait to check out all of these other posts. Love this! =D
