Just Move: Try this for a quick “computer recuperation”
2012
My psychic “thank your body” abilities are telling me that you are sitting in front of some sort of screen… right now, at this very moment.
Impressive, right?
How long have you bee in front of a computer? How long do you think you’ll spend there today? Whether it’s 2 minutes or 2 hours, are you ready to thank your body right now? I got a little special treat here that you can do in under three minutes. You don’t even need the sound (although the music on it will bring a smile to your face… just sayin’). Just hit play and follow along.
It’s an easy way to thank your body.
Ready, set, go!

So fun! Thanks. P.S. The first time I read this I was standing with a baby in my arms. But you were amazingly right when I came back to try this out.
I guess I need to work on my psychic skills, huh?
well, i would have been a bit freaked out if i’d read “you are standing with a baby in your arms in front of some sort of screen.” you just keep your psychic skills right where they are.

(um yeah, please ignore my computer doing weird things and posting before i’m ready. grr!)
I LOVE THIS!! It’s going on my bookmarks bar so I will remember to click over and do it throughout the day when my back and neck start hurting!
Thanks, Emily! I actually have it bookmarked for myself. Life can just make it so easy to caught up in doing nothing.
WOW! I just found this video. As I sat listening to the music, I thought, “Mardi Gras music! Cool!” New Orleans is home and this is great. But even if this were non-Mardi Gras music, I’d bookmark this video–just what I need! Thanks and Merry Christmas.
PS Mardi Gras next year is February 12; parades begin January 19. “Throw me somthin’, Mister!”
Ha ha! Love your enthusiasm.
